Our extended soap family has grown one tiny member larger with the birth of Lenix, who was welcomed into the world by his parents, The Bold and the Beautiful's Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester) and her husband, Elan Ruspoli, on February 21.
Wood shared news of her baby's arrival on Instagram with a sweet photo and his name, while B&B spread the joyous news of the boy's birth on Twitter with the caption, "Congratulations to this amazing mother! Jacqueline MacInnes Wood welcomed her second child to the world this week. Let's send her and Lenix some love!"
The comment section of Wood's post was immediately filled with well-wishes from fans and the actress' colleagues, including Katrina Bowden (Flo Fulton), Tanner Novlan (Finn Finnegan), Delon DeMetz (Zende Forrester), Jennifer Gareis (Donna Logan), Ashley Jones (Bridget Forrester), and Ingo Rademacher (ex-Thorne Forrester, B&B; Jasper "Jax" Jacks, General Hospital). Several stars from The Young and the Restless also offered their congratulations, including former B&B star Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra), Lauralee Bell (Christine Blair), and Melissa Ordway (Abby Newman).
Wood first announced news of her pregnancy in October with a video that showed her magically transforming from wearing a blue tracksuit to wearing glittery thigh-high boots with an open shirt that revealed her growing baby bump. Just after Valentine's Day this month, she posted a super colorful and fun video that let the world know she was carrying a baby boy.
Newborn Lenix joins his big brother, Rise Harlan, who was born in March of 2019.
