General Hospital fans were briefly treated to the acting talents of Briana Lane, who filled in for Amanda Setton in the role of Brook Lynn Quartermaine when Setton was on maternity leave this year, and now they're being treated with the California native's singing talents -- which are just as impressive!
Lane is one half of the indie-pop group Cadeaux, which also features Darian Zahedi, and the group released its first song, a sultry tune titled "Bad," in September. Lucky for fans, Cadeaux just dropped the music video for the song, which can be viewed below.
Lane took on the role of GH's Brook Lynn in August 2020 and wrapped her short stint in November, sharing at the time that playing the character had been an absolute joy and honor. "[I] feel lucky to have been surrounded by such a gifted cast, kind crew + passionate producers these past 4 months," she enthused about her soap run. "It's an experience that I will always hold close to my heart."
Time will tell if daytime fans will see Lane pop up on another soap, but there's no question that she'll be bringing fans more music in the future. In addition to being a part of Cadeaux, she's half of the female indie duo Winslow.
